She offers a four-step process to help you navigate and transmute your grief during uncertain or challenging times, and to use this experience to craft life skills, like resilience and humility, that will serve you long after the challenging times are over.

All videos in this series start with guided breathwork – to regain a sense of calm, tap into your natural healing abilities, and boost your immune system – and end with a guided meditation to promote stillness, step into a restorative state, and shift from anxiety and fear to groundedness, connection, higher intuition, and service.
