Grab a mat! Lindsay invites you to join her for a guided movement practice to get out of your mind during these times of uncertainty. Use this practice to reduce anxiety, rumination, and worry about possible scenarios that will likely never happen. As we move our bodies, we allow our emotional state to flow with it and we tap into the body as a source of wisdom, healing, and discernment to filter all the information that is quickly coming at us from the news and those around us.

All videos in this series start with guided breathwork – to regain a sense of calm, tap into your natural healing abilities, and boost your immune system – and end with a guided meditation to promote stillness, step into a restorative state, and shift from anxiety and fear to groundedness, connection, higher intuition, and service.
